Liberty Estate Agents wishes to advise our clients that the company holds professional indemnity public liability and employers insurances.
In addition Liberty Estate Agents are fully accredited members of the The Property Ombudsman for Estate Agents (OEA) scheme, the Property Ombudsman regulates all estate agents; in the event of a complaint about an individual estate agent the public can ask the OEA to adjudicate the complaint for them.
As is required by the Housing Acts legislation Liberty Estate Agents subscribes to a Tenancy Deposit Scheme for the protection of residential tenants deposits; the tenant can apply to the appropriate Deposit Scheme to arbitrate if a landlord fails to return part or all a deposit without adequate reason; the arbitrators judgement is binding upon both parties.
